Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time social media manager?
They're way more expensive and harder to manage. A senior-level social media manager like the ones at Skyline Marketing will easily cost you $90k+, require benefits, vacations days, etc. It all adds up!
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. A renewal will be avoided with a written notice at least 21 days before your next billing date.
If you cancel within 21 days of the renewal, your account will renew for one more month, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that month.
What's the Skyline Marketing delivery process?
It's simple and collaborative. It begins with a kickoff call to understand your goals and inspiration. Then, you provide feedback while we handle the rest.
We update you every two days through written messages or Loom videos, depending on the topic, and are always available for a chat.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Nope, you can have as many requests or project goals as you want! We'll keep working on them one at a time until they're all done and approved. We recommend our customers to have a few items in their TO-DO list so our team is always busy.
What if i'm not happy with my social media calendar?
You can send it back to our team and we'll keep revising it until it's exactly what you're looking for.
How do I share feedback?
We love customer feedback! you can share feedback through a Loom video or a message via Slack. We prefer a message through Slack but any options will do the trick!
